Listen to this hypnosis recording once or twice a day for 5 days before moving on to the

Alpha Centering 9 Minute Meditaiton - No Alpha Binaural Beats
Listen to this hypnosis recording 1 – 3 times a day for 9 days.
After the 14 days of listening, do the following steps without the recording so you can slide into the alpha state quickly and easily:
1. Close your eye and clear any distractions with 3 deep breaths.
2. Visualize the number three, 3 times while saving it out loud in your mind in unison with the visual of the number three.
3. Feel your body relaxing from the top of your head to the bottom of your toes. When you are completely relaxed physically, move to step 4.
4. Visualize the number two, 3 times while saving it out loud in your mind. Say the number in unison with the visual of the number two.
5. Imagine being in your happy place. Really be there and see what you would see, hear what you would hear and FEEL what you would FEEL! When you are completely relaxed mentally and emotionally, move to step 6.
6. Visualize the number one, several times while saving it out loud in your mind.
7. Count backwards from 10 to 1.
Enjoy the alpha state. You can continue to relax and meditate, ask the universe for an answer, ponder a situation you wish to resolve or slowly open your eyes and move into your activities from this very centered, healthier level of mind. With practice, you will be able to access this level in under a minute.
