Free Confidence Meditation



Meditation is one of the best things you can do to calm your mind, connect with spirit and improve physical well-being. You may wish to decide on a time of day to do this meditation. Put it in your schedule and be consistent.

Dress comfortably and find a spot in a quiet area. Silence all phones before you begin and tell your mind that everything will wait for the next 15 – 20 minutes. Remind yourself that this time is set aside to meditate and everything will be handled after you complete this refreshing time of solitude.

When you listen to a guided meditation, there is no need to listen to every word. Focus gently on the words and let them drift into your subconscious, making you feel more confident, centered and connected. If your thoughts drift to other things, gently bring them back to the voice and settle into your breathing.
